As a growing business, we want to be transparent about what we can and can’t offer at this time.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We encourage you to double-check your order — especially product details, sizes, and your shipping address — before completing your purchase. Because many of our items are made in limited quantities or made-to-order, we’re unable to accommodate returns or swaps once they’ve been processed.
💳 Refunds (if applicable)
While all sales are final, we will absolutely make things right if there’s an issue with your order due to damage or defects.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the situation and item availability.
We are not able to offer refunds for:
- Orders placed with incorrect addresses
- Items lost or delayed by the shipping carrier
- Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases
📦 Lost or Missing Packages
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is unfortunately out of our hands. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We’re always happy to help where we can, so feel free to reach out if you need assistance navigating this.
