• Standard Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
• Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during transit.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via a standard shipping method selected by us. Customers are not able to choose the shipping carrier or speed.
• Delivery Times: Arrival times vary depending on your location. Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time.
• All delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

🛒 Pre-Order Products

• Processing Time for Pre-Orders: Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing after the pre-order period has officially closed.
• Pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on production schedules or supplier availability.

⚠️ Mixed Orders (In-Stock & Pre-Order Items)

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship once all items are available.
• This combined shipping method helps reduce costs and minimize our environmental impact.

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address or reroute the package.
