  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or packages lost after they have been marked “delivered” by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Solo Productions does not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
  • Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
